Leave it to the Italians
Apparently, some Italian doctors were concerned about their lover reputation, so they did some tests. And thankfully they found the G spot using ultrasound. Although the sample size was only 20 women, it appears that some women have thicker tissue where the "G spot" is rumored to be located.
