Some excellent news for us
I haven't had a chance to write for the last couple of days, but Mrs. Expat Teacher and I are celebrating the fabulous "exchange of contracts" on our flat in London! We (and the buyers) are now legally obligated to sell (buy) our property in London. It has been 2 months and up until Tuesday everything was in uncertain. Now, it is a certainty!We will complete (close) at the end of the month and that allows Mrs. Expat Teacher and I to get serious about buying a property here on Capitol Hill. Many prayers answered. Will you rejoice with us?
