My old stomping grounds don't know how to hold a caucus
Josh Marshall has been following the fiasco of the Washington State Republican caucuses. It seems that with a razor thin margin, John McCain was declared the winner, even though 13% of the vote hadn't been counted.Well, even the votes that were counted weren't accurate.
