SotU open thread
So what did you think of President Bush's State of the Union last night?On the positive, I like Pell Grants for poor kids to attend other schools if theirs is failing. I like 30,000 troops coming home from Iraq (just 120,000 more to go!). I like all earmarks being voted upon by the entire Congress.
On the negative, I didn't like Association Health Plans, the weak and unclear discussion of immigration, or the idea that judges automatically deserve an "up or down" vote.
