Your homeless have lots of stuff
Over dinner a few weeks back , a Kiwi friend visiting noted that "Your homeless have lots of stuff."She was comparing the homeless of DC and NYC to London and she was spot on. Anyone got any thoughts on that? Is this only an East Coast thing?
