Army knows better than President

Meant to point this out yesterday, but forgot...

"A new Army manual bans torture and degrading treatment of prisoners, for the first time specifically mentioning forced nakedness, hooding and other procedures that have become infamous during the five-year-old war on terror."

Unfortunately this doesn't apply to the CIA, so America still tortures, but at least the good folks in uniform know exactly what is acceptable and what isn't. This is the first step in a long, long, long, walk to repair America's image at home and abroad.

Let the serious reconstructive surgery begin with a Democratic win in November.
