Sicily via Ryanair

However, no joy is complete without time spent on Ryanair. Ryanair is the low cost airline to beat all low cost airlines. They offer ridiculously low priced airfare. Right now on their website they are offering 50 cent tickets from London to over 35 places in Europe. However, to keep their prices that low, their service and planes are a bare minimum. Your limit on baggage is about 20 pounds per person, all the drinks and food must be purchased in flight. The planes are all Boeing 737s, but the newest ones have some slight motifications. The seats don't lean back and their is no seat back pocket. The emergency information is just printed on the back of the seat in front of you.

Ryanair isn't comfortable, but we traveled safely from London to Palermo for less than it costs for us to take the train from London to Dover. I guess you get what you pay for.
