Stop digging!The Zionists appear to be saying "Shoot us if you dare, but we're moving in!" Or they could be saying, "The USA State Department can tell us whatever they wish, but we'll listen to only the parts that appeal to us and you'll give us billions in help anyway because that's what you've always done for the last 61 years."
One thing the Zionists are clearly doing is providing an opportunity for the USA to demonstrate it's credibility in the Palestinian world. If there's no major and continuing serious political and financial pressure by the Bushites to stop this expansion, then the Palestinians will know that Rice & Co. are all just hot air. And when that translates into the inevitable renewed heightening of frustration within the Palestinian communities... more carnage.
