Too busy
Today is the second day of school and I'm teaching two subjects this year that I have not taught since I was student teaching, so I'm more than a little swamped and have really dropped the ball on my duty of making the Wednesday posting. But I'm going to pull one out here the easy way as all us good teachers have been trained to do - make YOU do the work!Reading assignment (thanks to the loyal contributor who brought this to my attention):

It's about Katrina and about FEMA, so if you are naturally inclined to get upset and defensive and all that about anyone saying anything negative about what is going on, feel free to skip this one.
