Charles Kozierok has an interesting take on discussions of the "popular vote" in presidential elections. He writes, "winning the popular vote" doesn't mean what most people think it does, and the conclusions that people draw from this bogus metric are myths. To me, his comments underscore how important it is that the Popular Vote Movement get to work and get this antiquated Electoral Vote process eliminated. What do you think?
